| 摘 要： | 关于经营者集中的审查标准是反垄断法规制经营者集中的一个重要问题。在许多结构性指数无法反映的事件中，有一件便是被收购企业的竞争力如何、进取性如何。这一点应当被纳入我们的反垄断审查视野中来，并予以关注，尤其是在一个相对集中的市场上，保留住这样一个“虽小但却重要的”竞争因素往往相当关键。

| Abstract: | The review standard is an important issue in enterprises concentration regulation by antitrust law. There are many things that can not be reflected by structural index, among which, one is that how about the acquired company＇s competitiveness and aggressiveness. It should be accepted and paid attention to antitrust review. Especially in a relatively concentrated market, it is often fairly critical to save such a “small but significant competitor”. |
