| 摘 要： | 现有假释制度运行体制存在一些不足,笔者对假释制度现有的运行机制进行分析,以有关制度规定为切入点,同时分析现行假释制度的审批体制和程序,结合国外有关立法例和我国理论、实践界对假释制度的批评,指出现行机制的不足,并提出改进建议。

| Abstract: | There are some shortcomings in current operation mechanism of parole system of China. The author gives his analysis of current operation mechanism of parole system, studies the examination and approval system of current parole system, points out the shortage of current mechanism with reference to foreign legislation cases and the criticism by domestic theoretical and practice circles on parole system and makes his improvement suggestions. |
