| 摘 要： | 城市社区精神文明建设是全面建设小康社会的重要内容 ,对提高人民群众的文明程度 ,促进城市改革、发展、稳定 ,加快我国城市与国际接轨的步伐具有重要作用。城市社区精神文明建设要坚持整体发展、以人为本、因地制宜、共同参与的原则 ,要加大城市社区基础建设的投入 ,夯实基础 ,发挥优势 ,创新机制 ,强化社区居民的文明意识 ,实现城市的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Being one important part of construction of well-off society, the construction of spiritual civilization of urban communities plays an important role in enhancing civilization level of people, urging urban reform, development and stability, and speeding paces of reaching the international standards. The spiritual civilization construction of urban communities must follow these principles: overall development, being human-centered, suiting measures to local conditions, joint participation, strengthening investment, valuing the foundation, making most of advantages, innovating systems, strengthening civilization awareness and sustainable development. |
