| Abstract: | The concept of the Constitution has been an important academic issue.The constitutional definition of the concept also remains confusing.This paper reviews on the important constitutional definition of the concept based on a human identity for their own survival and development with the purpose to establish and organize the rules and the political community constructed by the rules of social order. |
