| 摘 要： | 金融服务需求的全面高增长以及政策层面对银行业务均衡发展的导向，使得我国商业银行不约而同地选择“大而全”的发展战略。这种大而全的战略使得银行业务雷同、缺乏特色。本文从风险、平均发展两个方面探讨“大而全”战略的后果及影响。在此基础上，分别研究国有制银行以及股份制银行为应对当前形势而应作出的战略选择。

| Abstract: | The rapid growth of demand in financial services as well as the policy guidance aiming at achie- ving a comprehensive development of banking business has caused commercial banks in China to choose the big and all-embracing strategy. This strategy makes all the commercial banks do the similar business and lack of characteristics. This paper will discuss consequences of this big and all-embracing strategy through analyzing the risk and the balanced development. A lad based on the analysis, this paper then will discuss the strategic choice for different type of commercial banks in China. |
