| Abstract: | This article discusses some of the problems exiting in the present decision-making system in our country from four aspects,provides basic ways which include perfecting the mechanism of decision-making power configuration,realizing the democratization of decision-making processes,adjusting the system of information collecting,implementing the decision-making evaluation criteria to improve leadership decision-making system correspondingly. |
