| 摘 要： | 从对干部人事制度改革下公务员基层遴选的理解着手,分析了公务员基层遴选的动因及其重大意义,阐明了开展基层遴选工作的几项主要任务,同时提出了对于完善这一制度的几点思考,并在此基础上希望能够取得公务员基层遴选工作的突破和创新。

| Abstract: | From the understanding of selecting civil servants from primary level under the cadre personnel reform of system,this article analyses the reasons and great significance of the primary selection.At the same time,it expounds the main tasks of this work and put forwards some thinking about how to improve this system,hoping to achieve breakthroughs and innovations of selecting civil servants form primary level. |
