| Abstract: | The paper first generally introduces the definition,basic characteristics and types of the new rhetorical device of Duanqu;then it discusses and explains the principle and process about how Duanqu influences the Chinese lexical development.Last it makes a conclusion about the performance of how Duanqu influences the Chinese lexical development and gives some related examples as well. |
