从草原文明向游牧、农耕混合型文明之演变——论康熙朝清廷与蒙古各部之关系

康熙朝的蒙古政策是在继承清初历任政权统治政策的传统基础上的大胆创新。他从政治、经济、文化等发面加强了蒙古各部同清中央政权下各民族的融合,以此来为统一而非一统的国家提供坚强的统治基础。更为重要的是康熙朝的统治从历史观上讲,推动了各蒙古文明的进程。法律的强化、文化的推广、科举制的实行、农耕的引入、政权参与的扩大等方面的努力促进蒙古各部从单一的游牧式牧业文明向游牧、农耕混合型文明的转化,并使之取得了很大的经济与文化成就。

The Study about the Relation Between Qing Dynasty and Mongolia During Kangxi Dynasty

The Mongolia policy of Kangxi dynasty is to inherit the policy of formers,on this basis the emperor of Kangxi courageously to expand the traditional policy in the early Ching dynasty.it not only from the idea of the big and unification of each to unify the country which including each Mongolia,but also carried on the valid governance towards each Mongolia who obeyed Ching governance.Through politics,economy,cultural etc to strengthen the Mongolia each together becoming one harmonious nation and take this as the basis of the big unification to provide the strong governance foundation.The more important is Kangxi policy had push Mongolia civilized progress in the history view.The law enhance,culture and agriculture expansion had made Mongolia from the one of the herding of life type to the agriculture civilization life which mixed with herd life,and also made it obtaine the very big economy and cultures achievement.
