| 摘 要： | 通过对下丘脑体重调定点和肥胖的影响因素分析 ,提出了肥胖应该以预防为主的防治方法。分析了预防婴儿肥胖的重要性 ,以及定量进餐、适当强度的灵敏性运动、适当的心理紧张度对减肥的重要作用。
