粤方言地区的推普策略

粤方言地区的推广普通话工作虽然取得了一些成绩,但离国家要求还有较大的差距。要改变这种状况,必须采取有效措施,加强政策研究,制定新的推普策略。一是设立普通话语用区,创造良好的学习与运用普通话的环境,以点带面,带动全社会普通话的普及与提高;二是从小抓普通话学习,在基础教育中设置普通话教学内容,对学生进行系统的普通话训练;三是加强政策法规及执行的力度,确保推普工作政策法规的贯彻落实;四是设立得力有效的推普机构,建立一支较高水平的推普生力军,推动推普工作健康发展。

Strategies in Promoting Putonghua in Regions of Cantonese

Inspite of some success in promoting Putonghua in the regions of Cantonese,the work is still far from the requirement of the central government.In order to improve the current situation,we must take effective measures,further our research in policy,and make new strategies for promoting Putonghua.Specifically,we should begin with the following four tasks:(1) establishing special areas for use of Putonghua so as to create a good study situation for its study and use;(2) teaching Putonghua as early as childhood by adding Putonghua courses to provide systematic training;(3) enforcing relevant law and policy to make sure the regulations concerning Putonghua be implemented;and(4) setting up efficient Putonghua promotion agencies with a fairly capable staff so as to promote Putonghua healthily and successfully.
