| 摘 要： | 中国高校现行基建与房产管理模式存在校园规划不合理、新房建设及旧房维修不切实际、公用房使用不规范等问题。从科学制定校园整体规划、推行教学行政用房有偿使用改革和建立健全资源节约的相关制度等几个方面,提出重构中国高校基建和房产管理模式,以推动中国高校节约型校园的建设。
