| 摘 要： | 水库农村移民安置是一个复杂的经济社会系统,对其安置绩效进行预测和评估,还没有现成框架可以参照。通过分析移民安置绩效评估的必要性、依据和内容,可对水库农村移民安置的绩效评估指标体系和评估方法作有效探索。

| Abstract: | The settlement for the farming emigrants due to the building of reservoirs is a complicated socio-economic system and there is no existing evaluation standard for its results. Through an analysis of the necessity for such an evaluation, the author discusses its contents, its method and system in order to provide a workable standard. |
