论我国农民生态伦理意识的培养

培养我国农民的生态伦理意识,对我国生态环境的保护和社会主义新农村建设以及经济和社会的可持续发展都具有十分重要的意义。然而,我国农民中却存在着一些生态伦理问题,其根本原因是生态伦理意识的严重缺失。因此,我们应注重培养农民的适度消费、可持续发展、绿色农业和生态农村以及绿色消费的生态伦理意识。要切实培养农民的生态伦理意识,我们不仅要加强对农民的生态伦理教育和宣传,而且要引导农民加强生态伦理自律,还要加强农村生态环境保护的法制建设。

ON THE CULTIVATION OF ECOLOGICAL ETHICS CONSCIOUSNESS OF CHINESE FARMERS

Cultivating our country farmer＇s ecological ethics consciousness has extremely vital significance to our country ecological environment protection and the socialism new rural reconstruction as well as the sustainable development of economic and society. However, our country farmers have some ecological ethics problems. The basic reason is that they are seriously lack of ecological ethics consciousness. Therefore, we should pay great attention to the ecological ethics consciousness of the sustainable development, the green agriculture and the ecological countryside as well as the green consumption. To cultivate farmer＇s ecological ethics consciousness practically, not only we must strengthen the farmer＇s ecological ethics education and the propaganda; but also we must guide the farmer to strengthen the autonomy of ecological ethics as well as strengthen the legislative construction of countryside environment protection.
