东盟自由贸易区发展历程、模式与前景

东盟自由贸易区在东盟各国经济高速增长、经济合作要求不断增强的基础上，在经济全球化和区域集团化格局的推动下产生并迅速发展，形成了不干涉内政、协调一致的松散合作机制和地区开放主义的统一市场模式。在金融危机的梦魇之后，东盟各国之间的分歧和国内的一些棘手问题制约着东盟自由贸易区的发展速度，东南亚国家的经济复苏和结构调整决定着东盟自由贸易区未来的走势，不断深化的世界和区域集团内贸易与投资自由化也将对东盟自由贸易区的未来发展产生重大影响。面向21世纪的东盟为了自身的政治、经济独立和地区的稳定与发展，必然进一步加快自由贸易区的发展步伐，完善其发展模式。

Developing Process,ModelProspect of AFTA

AFTA (ASEAN Free Trade Area) is developing rapidly in the countries of ASEAN (the Association of Southeast Asian Nations). It has come into being on the basis of economic globalization and regional grouping, hence there forms a coordinating policy of regional openism and a unified market model. After the nightmare of the financial crisis, the economic recovery in southeast countries and structural adjustment will affect the future trend of AFTA. the differences among them and their domestic tough problems all restrict the future development of AFTA. The increasing freedom in trade and in vestment among the groups of the regions and the world will also have great influence upon AFTA. Facing 21st century,ASEAN will necessarily quicken its steps in its development for its regional stability.
