| 摘 要： | 新时期立足于经济建设和社会发展,培养适应社会需要的各类人才,是高等学校恒定的中心任务。高校在对学生进行思想道德素质和科学文化素质教育的同时,应该重视和加强对学生素质的教育和研究。这也是高等学校面向未来发展必须采取的重要举措。
