终身学习视野中的教师角色转换

摘    要:终身学习理论从时问和空间上对传统教育进行整合,促使教育观念、教育制度、教育方法、教育内客以及师生关系等方面发生重大变化.据此,教师应进行四个方面的角色转换:由维持型教师转变为创造型教师;由主导型教师转变为指导型教师;由再现型教师转变为研究型教师;由单一型教师转变为综合型教师.为了顺利转换角色,教师要增强自身素质,学会学习,学会独立思考,学会创造,学会合作,学会塑造自身健康的人格.
