Abstract: | Executives in companies without organized environmental analysis might wonder whether they should implement such activities. Those in companies having organized environmental analysis activities might wonder what they can do to make them more useful. In both cases, the executives would probably be interested in knowing more about the practice of organized environmental analysis in other firms, its usefulness, problems of implementation, and the payoffs. These are the questions addressed in this article. |
