反刍思维的应用研究及其问题

反刍思维研究在国外已兴起20余年。反刍思维常常被用于抑郁、焦虑等心理问题的研究中。然而,综述国内外文献发现,反刍思维的应用研究结果常常不一致,甚至相互对立。这种状况的根本原因在于尚未形成对反刍思维概念的统一认识,对反刍思维概念内涵和外延的界定不一致。因此,对反刍思维本质的探讨仍需进一步深入。

The Application Researches about Rumination and their Problems

The researches about rumination have been carried out for decades abroad and the rumination has been constantly applied to the researches concerning mental problems such as depression and anxiety.However,the results of application researches about rumination are not consistent,and sometimes are contradicted.This situation results from the fact that the concept is still far from clear and the connotation and denotation of rumination are expounded in various ways.Therefore,the exploration about the nature of rumination needs to be furthered.
