育人视角下大学校园文化建设的理念与路径

新形势下,大学校园文化建设取得丰富的成果,但也存在诸如特色文化有待培育、活动形式单一、过分追求数量、忽视育人效果等问题。针对这些问题,大学校园文化需要围绕育人目标进行内涵建设,坚持树立学生主体地位、个体全面发展、特色品牌、注重实效及创新等理念,通过创新活动形式、精炼文化品牌、建立学生自我管理机制以及构建特色校园景观等路径来完成。

A Study on Principles and Paths of the College Campus Culture Construction from the Perspective of Educating People

In the new situation,the construction of campus culture in colleges and universities has made many achievements.But some problems still exist,such as the cultural characteristics waiting to be cultivated,the singleness in forms of activity,overemphasis on quantity,and ignorance of the effect of educating people.To solve these problems,the construction of campus culture needs to enhance connotative construction according to the goal of educating people,adhering to ideas including the student-orientedness,the individual all-round development,the characteristics and brand,with focus on the effectiveness and innovation.By means of innovating forms and ways of activity,extracting cultural brands,establishing self-managing mechanism among students,and building campus with characteristics,the building of campus culture can be connotatively promoted.
