摘    要:创意型传媒人才是文化创意产业急需的人才。山西高校应积极探索以素质教育和能力教育为体系构建的创意型传媒人才培养模式,努力改变传媒专业设置较为落后、学生素质教育和能力培养差异化不够、学生实习实效性不强和市场需求拉动不足的现状。

Abstract:Creative talents in communications is what the creative culture industry badly needs,so colleges and universities in Shanxi should actively explore an effective training mode which is constructed on the basis of quality-oriented and competence-oriented education systems;in the meantime,they should also strive to change the current situational facts ——the backwardness in the curriculum of communications,poor diversity between the quality education for students and competence cultivation,ineffectiveness in students’ practice and the shortage of market demand for the talents.
