新疆矿山开采的环境效应及对策分析

矿产资源的开发利用强有力地推动了新疆的区域经济发展，同时也引发了一系列地质灾害、环境污染、生态破坏等负面的环境效应。文章系统分析了目前新疆矿山开采过程中环境效应的分类、分布特征及产生原因，初步提出了完善矿山环境管理体制、加强矿山环境保护法制建设、增强经济手段、污染治理与生态恢复、矿区废弃物综合利用五个对策建议。

On the Environmental Effects of Mining in Xinjiang

The exploitation and utilization of mineral resources in Xinjiang have effectively promoted the development of regional economy, hut at the same time they have also brought a series of negative environmental effects, such as geologic calamities, environ- mental pollution and ecotypic destruction. This paper analyzes the classifieation, distribution and causes of environmental effects in mining in Xinjiang, and proposes five rmeasures to perfect mineral explorations, such as perfecting the environmental management of mines, drafting better mine-environment laws, enhancing economical means, treating pollutions and restoring eeo-destructions, and recycling solid wastes in diggings.
