民办高校教学质量与管理的对策思考

针对民办院校的实际,对大众化教育的质量观进行了探讨,分析了影响民办院校教学质量的诸多因素。结合三江学院教学工作的实践,提出了保障民办院校的教学质量、加强教学管理的对策思考,旨在促进和推动民办高校的健康发展。

On Teaching Quality and Teaching Administration in Private Institutions of Higher Learning

Proceeding from the situation prevailing in China's private institutions of higher learning in general and from the teaching practice of Sanjiang University in particular,this paper makes an in-depth study of the various factors that have had a negative effect on teaching quality in private colleges and proposes a number of practi- cal measures to improve teaching quality and teaching administration based on an in- formed understanding of the notion and criteria of quality education.
