我国高新技术成果转化的制约因素与对策

由于高新技术成果转化的市场机制尚未完全形成,科研成果有效供给不足,投融资机制不健全,科教还较落后,我国高新技术成果商品化、市场化程度较低,高新技术产业发展缓慢。因此,我国应从建立研学产贸一体化协同开发模式、构建和完善风险投资机制、大力发展科教等方面入手,加快高新技术成果产业化步伐。

The limiting factors and countermeasures of high-technology production transformation

In China,the unfinished marketing mechanism of the transformation of the high-tech,the lack of effective research achievement,the uncomplete mechanism of the investment and financing,the lack of funds and the lag of the science and education lead to the low level of the commercialization and marketization of high-tech as well as the slow development of the high-tech industry.Therefore,we should set up an integrative and corperative model which includes research, learning,production and trade,construct and improve the risk mechanism,develop the science and education so as to accelerate the pace of transforming the high-tech achievement to practical productivity.
