摘    要:教师是工科院校人文氛围创设的主体.创设主体的生成,必须摈弃高中文理分科、工科院校单科办学模式、不同专业教师不相往来的弊端;创设工科院校的人文氛围,创设主体就必须格物与修身并举、授业与传道并重、言传与身教并行。

Abstract:The teacher is establishing corpus of humanity environment in engineering college, the formation of establishing corpus must discard the separating style of senior school humanity and science, the mode of single section in engineering college and the malpractice of non-communication between the different profession teachers. The establishing humanity environment in engineering college and paying attention to the construction of establishing corpus must realize both thing and morality, both teaching and preaching , both speech and practice.
