水利工程建设引起的社会问题及对策

水利工程建设是中国社会经济发展的必然要求。但是,水利工程也会引发一些社会问题,对社会的发展产生一定的影响。本文从发展和历史的角度考察了水利工程建设中存在的社会问题,并指出了产生这些问题的深层原因。针对产生问题的原因,从社会学角度,提出了解决问题的关键对策是水利工程建设必须进行社会评价,并设计了水利工程社会评价体系。

Social Issues Caused by Water Resources Project and Countermeasures

With lots of rivers,diversified geographical physiognomy and variable water condition,the water conservancy project in China is a must for social economic development.It is proved that the water conservancy may bring about some social problems and have effect on the development of the society.The paper reviews the problems from the developmental and historical perspective and points out the deep-rooted reasons of the problems,which are the basis to recognize and solve these problems.Approaching the topic from the sociological angle,it is suggested that the key countermeasure to cope with these problems is to assess the water conservancy project and design an assessment system for it.
