| Abstract: | In both theory and practice,government has played a leading role in the development of private higher education.In turn,private universities should take active responses and set feasible targets or goals to cooperate with the government and fully play their own role.The concrete actions of private universities should include strengthening the construction of teaching staff,improving the quality of education,and normalizing the system of administration. |
