| 摘 要： | 我国的大学法学教育长期处于实践性不足的瓶颈状态。文章在研究美国业已成熟的“诊所式”法学教育的基础上，指出应当通过建立与法学教育课程相配套的“法律诊所”，并以此为窗口向社会提供大学生法律援助，拓展教学平台，从而达到全面提高法律院系学生的实践能力和综合素质的目的。
