| 摘 要： | 多样化人才培养模式是高等教育大众化发展的结果，构建多样化的人才培养模式对教学管理的模式、人员素质、方法及手段等提出新的要求，文章以广东工业大学为例，探讨了高校如何通过重塑教学理念、制定“以生为本”教学管理制度、构建多样化的教学评价体系等教学管理的变革，来适应人才培养模式的多样化。

| Abstract: | The mass education nowadays has resulted in the diversified models for talent fostering,which calls for a new administrative perspective with special requirements for the quality of the personnel and the means of teaching.Taking for example the reform carried out in Guangdong University of Technology,this paper explores how to establish students-oriented administrative and assessing system to fulfill diversified teaching objectives under reconstructed teaching concepts. |
