体育舞蹈锻炼对女大学生体质的影响

摘    要:通过对包头师范学院女大学生进行为期16周的体育舞蹈锻炼。对锻炼前,后体质指标进行测试分析,结果表明:体育舞蹈锻炼对改善女大学生身体形态,提高女大学生心肺功能、肌肉力量和柔韧性有积极影响,对提高健康体质水平具有显著的效果。

Abstract:Carrying out the analysis of the physical quality in Sports dance course in Baotou normal college female students for 16 weeks,before the exercises and after the exercises.The results show that: sports dance improves their physical fitness,improves the female students' heart-lung functions,muscle strength and flexibility of body and has a positive impact.Sports dance has remarkable effect on improving the health.
