包头市高校教师参与体育健身的现状调查研究

本文运用问卷调查法、数理统计法,对包头市高校教师的参与体育健身现状进行抽样调查,对这个群体参与体育健身现状、活动场所、锻炼形式、参与体育锻炼原因进行调查和分析,并针对性提出对策与建议。结果表明:包头市高校体育教师的自我体育锻炼意识较低,体育人口率较低,参加体育锻炼的主要场所多选择在学校体育场和绿地、公园等地方,在选择健身项目上注重集体性与个体化相结合,既具有较强的合作意识又兼顾自己的兴趣和实际需要等。
