| 摘 要： | 在中国向法治社会迈进的过程中,对司法腐败现象必须高度警惕,彻底根治。面对现实,预防和制止司法腐败比制定相关法律更重要。提高司法官员的素质,实现司法权的真正独立,加强对司法权的监督,是预防和制止司法腐败的关键。
