| Abstract: | The union's work has played an active role in safeguarding and stabilizing the situation of the reform and development of higher educational institutions and in promoting the construction of harmonious campus.Based on the survey and research,this paper analyses the union's current working situation at Henan's higher educational institutions and come up with some suggestions on the union's work at higher educational institutions. |
