| 摘 要： | 高校突发事件频频发生,给高校学校管理提出了挑战,如何＂防患于未然＂,有效遏制突发事件的发生,提高防范的方法与手段,增强突发事件预警能力应成为高校管理的一个重大课题。文章从内部机制与外部沟通2个方面分析,试图构建一套有效的预警机制。

| Abstract: | In recent years,emergent events occured frequently in a university,which challenges the university's administration.This article analyzes them from the aspect of internal mechanism and external communication,trying to build an effective precaution mechanism.How to"prevent accidents before they occur",to effectively curb the occurrence of emergencies,to improve prevention methods and means,to enhance early warning capacity of emergency management becomes a major issue of a university. |
