现代大学体育教育改革方略初探

从学校体育教育的目标和方向入手，提出高校体育教育管理体制的结构性改革设想，指出现代大学的体育教育必须在基础教育成果的平台上坚持可持续发展战略。为此，应建立“三结合”的体育教育管理体系，从组织机构和人力资源上给予其发展保障；同时，可结合社区体育协会和大学自身存在的优势来满足学生发展需要。

An Initial Analysis on the Reforming Policies of Modern College Physical Education

By analyzing the target and orientation of the reform on modem college physical education, it＇s suggested that the reform on college physical education should insist on its sustainable development. There-fore, a “triple-combination” administrational system should be constructed to ensure the durative in organization and human resource, and to meet students＇ demand by making good use of community physical education associations and self-advantage of colleges.
