论忽必烈平定大理及其历史意义

1253年10月,忽必烈率领蒙古军亲征大理,经过两年的战争征服了大理地区,并统一了大理各部。忽必烈平定大理后,逐渐加强政治统辖,建立了云南行省,并采取一系列的行之有效的治理措施,使云南地区呈现出政局相对稳定、经济发展、文化兴盛的繁荣局面。这对于地方安定、国家统一、西南边疆地区的开发建设及国内民族关系的发展,加强民族团结,均有历史性的积极意义。

In october,1253 A.D Hokiley Leading Mongolion army wenton an expedition to Dali,two years later he conquered this area,and unified all the tribes of Dali.After Suppression to Dali Hobibey strengthened gradually political governance and established Yunnan province,and carried out a series of effective administrative measures in order to realige relative stakility of politieal situation and development of economy,and prosperity of culture.All these measures possess historical posilive significance for the stakility of Cocality,unification of country,the develpoment and construction of Southwest China as well as unity of nationalities.
