| Abstract: | Based on problems in implementation as well as modifications of the Company Law,this paper makes an introduction and related research about several aspects of modifications of the Company Law,including establishment of company,state sole-ownership company,independent assets of company,deny of company dignity,protection of ownership rights,investments made by company, ownership transfer of limited liability company,private solicit of stock company,enhancement of corporate governance,control of affiliated transactions and repurchase of shares by company. |
