论建设工程投资控制

建设工程投资控制贯穿于项目建设的全过程。本文从决策、设计、招标和施工四个方面简要介绍了投资控制的方法和采取的措施。指出在工程建设过程中把技术与经济有机结合,通过技术比较、经济分析和效果评价,正确处理技术先进与经济合理两者之间的对立统一关系,力求在技术先进条件下的经济合理,在经济合理基础上的技术先进,把控制工程项目投资观念渗透到各阶段之中。

The investment control of the construction engineering

The investment control of the construction engineering pierce through in the whole process of the project implementation.This paper discusses on the investment controlling method and adopting measure from four aspects:decision,designing,biding and construction.And then analyzes the relationship between technique innovation and economy by pointing out the organic combination of technology and economy,which can purses the goal of economy based on the technology innovation,and can introduce the controlling concept into the engineering investment.
