城市化、农民失地与中国经济的长期增长

从土地产权制度的视角分析城市化过程中农民失地问题的根源以及对中国经济的长期影响。笔者认为，理解土地产权制度是诠释中国农民失地问题的关键。不解决土地的产权问题，就无法解决土地的寻租与浪费问题，就无法充分补偿农民失地的利益损失；从长期来看，农民失地问题将加剧中国经济的不平衡性，不利于中国和谐社会的构建，延缓经济转轨的进程。

Urbanization, Peasants' Losing Land and Long-term Growth of Chinese Economy

This paper analyses the root cause for peasants to lose their land in the process of urbanization and its long-term influence on Chinese economy from the perspective of industrial property system, the understanding of which serves as the key to understanding the problem of peasants＇ losing their land. In the long run, the problem will aggravate the unbalancedness in Chinese economy and be against the construction of a harmonious society.
