| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是充满活力的社会,旺盛的创业活力与公正、安定、有序的和谐社会环境互为因果。在我国社会转型的背景下激发和保持创业活力,对于解决当前经济社会中的一系列重大问题和构建和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。针对我国目前创业环境较差的状况,政府应通过提供系统的创业公共产品以形成对处于高峰期的我国创业活动的有力支持。

| Abstract: | Harmonious society is an energetic society. The energetic creativity vigor and the fair, peaceful and systematic society with harmony mutually become reason and result. Stimulating and keeping the creativity vigor will have practical meaning in dealing with a series of significant issues of current economic society and constructing cohesion society during the social developmental form transmission period. In face with the poor creativity environment at present, the government should give assistance to the creativity vigor through providing systematic creativity public product. |
