| Abstract: | The article makes a survey of the main nutrients of fullfat soya bean,which indicates that fullfat soya bean is very valuable for its nutrition in the area of medicine and healthcare.Owing to the anti-nutrition factors in thd soya, proper heat process and physical process are the key to the development and application of soya bean as a nutritious and healthy product. |
