中国非政府组织发展的限定性条件分析

西方理论所证明的非政府组织假说,在中国未必能够找到有说服力的证据.这种现象存在的原因,实质上在于中西方社会存在着对于非政府组织不同的限定性条件.中国非政府组织发展无法脱离中国政治制度根本逻辑的支配,其限定性条件来自两个方面的作用,一方面是由于政治制度变迁的内在逻辑所导致的规定性路径,另一方面是政治体系的新结构预留给非政府组织生存和发展的空间范围.社会主义的目标价值、国家与社会的新型关系、中国共产党的领导地位、政治结构的位序特征、市场经济体制的必然选择等因素构成了中国非政府组织发展的限定性条件.
