微观薪酬决策理论研究综述

摘    要:目前大量文献研究企业内部薪酬的两个领域的问题:一是薪酬决策,从理论的角度解释薪酬制度的合理性,讨论薪酬决策的依据以及在此基础上的薪酬形式,并对薪酬的产出进行检验;二是薪酬制度管理,从实践的角度思考薪酬制度的合理性,讨论各种情景因素对薪酬制度的构建和实施的影响。对前者的研究主要发生在经济学和心理学领域,对后者的研究主要发生在管理学领域。薪酬决策理论对薪酬制度管理起有限的指导作用。

Abstract:Compensation is a hot topic that is attracting more and more researchers, and two kinds of questions about it are studied. One is compensation decision, which explains the theoretical rationality of compensation system, discusses the decision-making basis and salary form, and tests the output of compensation. The other is compensation management, which considers the practical rationality of payment, and explores the influences of various factors on salary system's construction and implementation. The former research is mainly related to economics and psychology, and the latter mainly involves management science field. Compensation decision theory has a limited instructing function to compensation management.
