| Abstract: | In recent years, the central government has made it clear that quickening the steps of construction of small towns is a big strategy in the economic and social construction of China. This paper gives an insight into the construction and development of small towns on the Pearl River Delta and expounds the possibility for Guangdong to be urbanized and modernized earlier than other provinces in China. |
