| 摘 要： | 为了建立科学、统一、先进且符合国际投资自由化发展趋势的外资立法体系 ,我国应当制定统一的外资法 ,重构外资立法体系 ,对现行外资立法与《公司法》不协调的内容、外资立法中不符合WTO规则的内容、外资立法中产生其他问题的内容和外资立法配套法律法规进行完善

| Abstract: | In order to set up a scientific, unified,advanced foreign investment legislation system which may tally with the developing trend in foreign investment liberalization, China should constitute a unified foreign investment law, rebuilt the foreign investment legislation system and perfect the content that disagree with Company Law or WTO legal system, meanwhile perfect other branch laws and the content that may lead to problems. |
