关于建设社会主义新农村生育文明的理性思考

随着建设社会主义新农村在党的十六届五中全会上庄重提出,并且新农村建设的相关政策在2006年两会上得到切实落实,而生育文明作为社会主义新农村建设中乡风文明的这一灵魂部分的重要组成部分,生育文明建设的实践和理论探索将对新农村建设这一整体目标的实现具有重大意义,因此我们在本文中提出了对新农村生育文明的建设的几点理性思考,旨在指导社会主义新农村生育文明的构建。
