试论高等教育办学多元化

目前,我国高等教育办学多元化已成事实。多元化的经济结构、不断增长的对高等教育的需求、办学经费短缺等问题使高等教育办学多元化成为必然。高等教育办学多元化过程中存在着思想认识、办学经费、管理体制等方面的问题,对此,应采取提高认识、转变政府职能、加强管理等对策加以解决。

An Exploration of the Diversity of Running School in Higher Education

Nowadays, it becomes a fact that the forms of running a school in higher education are more diversified in China. However, problems, such as the diversified structure of economy, the constant increasing demand for higher education, and the solution of management system and the shortage of funds, become the inevitable outcome. There are still some other problems to be solved in ideological field, funds and the management system. Here in the essay, the author points out that the key of the issue is to improve the recognition, change the role of the government and strengthen the management.
