中国社区建设的理论架构探讨

社区发展走的是从社区迈向社会的道路，这是人类在现代化道路上所作出的第一次选择；而社区建设走的则是从社会返回社区的道路，这是人类在现代化过程中所作出的第二次选择。社区建设的总体理论是社会社区化或社会人文化。所谓社会社区化，其含义有两个方面：一是它揭示了社会发展向社区发展转移的必然趋势，复兴在现代化过程中被遗忘的落后社区；二是它反映了用社区共有原理或社区人文精神来建设大社会的客观要求，使整个大社会变成一个人关系和谐、充满亲情、友谊和人情的温馨社区。

Theoretical Framework of Community Building in China

The author argues that if the general theory of community development is a socialization of community or social modernization, then the general theory of community building is the communitization of society or social humantization. What is called communitization of society invites two meanings. First, it unveils the necessary trend of from social development to community development and rebounding lagging communities which were mislaid by people on their modernization process. Second, it reflects the objective demand of applying community communal principle or community spirit to building big society, constructing the whole great society as one gentle and fragrant community with harmonious personal relationship, friendship and love.
