| 摘 要： | 土木工程专业人才的培养体系包括人才培养现状、社会需求趋势、新课程体系确定及人才培养的目标等,将这一体系作为试验性指导基础,在整个教学过程中逐步渗透,检验其在实践中的可操作性,取得了比较满意的效果.

| Abstract: | The civil engineering professional students trainning system is made up of present situation of students trainning, trend of social needs, determination of new courses' system, goal of personnel trainning and so on. taking the system as tentative guide foundation, in the course of daily teaching, the system was seeped to students gradually, and the practical maneuverability was tested. A good result was gained. |
