| 摘 要： | 湘西旅游业是当地最具潜力和前途的产业。在开发湘西旅游资源的过程中,迫切需要树立“可持续发展”的理念,实施“可持续发展”战略,强化“可持续发展”措施。在保护资源的前提下杜绝任何急功近利行为,防止竭泽而绝的掠夺性开发,使湘西旅游真正实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Tourism in western Hunan has the most latent capacity and future in the locality. In the development on tourism resources in western Hunan, the man is eager to uprear an idea which is the strategy of "continuing development", we must establish and hence to use all kinds of means of the strategy, whatever eager for instant success and quick profits actions should be banned under protection resources prerequisites to make the genuinely achievement and continuing development in the west Hunan. |
